We are looking for an Customer Service Officer and Operations Officer to be responsible for overseeing the daily operational aspects of servicing the firm’s investment intermediaries by delivering timely and accurate execution.

Under the supervision of the head of Investment Management Oversight for General Profit Investments, the Customer Service Officer will help oversee the investment processes for trust accounts. You will thrive in combining being hands-on with strategic thinking and at prioritising multiple projects deadlines. Manage and prioritise specific internal comms projects and costs from start to finish
